Security
We have put security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of all information under our control. All orders are processed via a secure server (SSL) using secure gateway services, which use 128 bit encryption for all transactions. Credit card details will never e-mailed, however our system will email a confirmation number to you for all orders so you can verify your purchases against your credit card statement.
If you ever receive an email from us requesting your credit card or personal information, DO NOT REPLY DIRECTLY TO THAT EMAIL! If you feel someone is attempting to gain access to your information through fraudulent methods , please contact us at webmaster and forward the email you have received in that message. If we work together, we can help to eliminate any attempt at fraud as soon as it occurs.
Anti-Spam Policy
Spam is sent using false email addresses, includes non-functional or falsified unsubscribe links. Most often, spam email addresses come from an email database or CD-ROM produced by the Spam spiders (programs that search out email addresses) of the Web. Because anyone's system can be spidered and used for sending out Spam, we have a very strong policy prohibiting this sort of use. Using our system to send out emails to addresses gained in any way that did not include our customers or potential customers purchasing or requesting that information, will result notification of the proper authorities.
The autoresponders we use for communications to our customers and website visitors are not Spam (unsolicited "junk" email). They are based entirely around the opt-in model of email marketing. This means that you must first express interest in us, our products or business by sending us an email, filling out a feedback form, making a purchase or otherwise contacting us first. Furthermore, all of our autoresponder messages have an "Unsubscribe" link so you may opt-out of our emails at any time you feel you no longer require our information.
In addition, our system is designed to automatically scan and eliminate any "dead," "bounced" or "falsified" email addresses that may have been sent or forwarded to us from another server and which may possibly be forwarded again through any of our autoresponder servers.
In this way, we are being proactive in helping to reduce spam and save our precious resources for legitimate and wanted email communications.
Timeliness of Your Records
We make every effort to ensure that the information you provide to us is correct and up to date. You are provided with a thank you and confirmation email after ordering from us so you know that your transaction has been properly processed. At this point, you become one of our customers.
If you discover an error in any information contained in an email to you from us, (unlikely or your order wouldn't have authenticated) you can correct that information by sending an email to the Webmaster with the words "Information Correction" in the subject line. When we receive that email, we will correct only the information you direct us to correct.
